"I have just been served by the two most heart warming and kind people ever! They have truly made my day, I walked in and apologised for leaving it so close to closing, they were patient, took my order, made my drink, they were helpful regarding the Starbucks app and overall; they just had beautiful and loveable customer service. I didn’t get their names however I ordered at 19.41pm Wednesday 2nd July and my order number is: 2290. Please give them a great big thank you from me! I am a very happy girly!"

"Staff are seriously the nicest in the whole city. Always friendly and cheerful, remember my order, and nice to my dog when we take him in. Visit this store multiple times a week and have not got a bad thing to say about them!! They have a good sized cafe but I do agree with some of the other reviews that Starbucks could have designed the interior to be better and more cosy but that's no negative review on the team there."

"never have I ever had such lovely customer service than I experienced today, Jo was so lovely when serving me right from the minute I walked in until I left, went out of her way to make sure my order was perfect and I had everything I needed. Drinks and food were lovely and to perfect standard. Couldn’t ask for better service, lovely staff, put the biggest smile on my face!"

"Love this Starbucks! It's got amazing acoustics (not all branches do and they can be loud). The staff are exceptional and always go above and beyond to help out. The drinks are perfect, I've never had an issue even with my very modified order. It's dog friendly too which is great. It puts costa across the way to shame."
